We are an ISO 9001:2000 certified company. Our quality assurance department is dedicated to the development and implementation of the company quality system. A Quality Assurance Manager is appointed with the responsibility of preventing and resolving quality problems. His responsibilities include ensuring that the quality system meets the requirements, administrating the quality system, maintaining the quality procedures, analyzing reports and sources of defect data, and monitoring of corrective actions with view to continuous improvement of the system.

We recognize the importance of speed, quality consistency, and low cost structure. That is why we have the most up-to-date corrugated paper product manufacturing machines among our competitors.

Our double-wall corrugator (pictured above and below) is capable of producing 200 meters of corrugated board per minute, and our converting machines are capable of producing more than 400 pieces of finished boxes per minute.

The converting machines include one unit of fully automatic printer-slotter-die-cutter, two units of automatic printer-slotters, one unit each of fully automatic flat bed die-cutter and semi automatic die-cutter, two units of fully automatic folder-gluer and one unit of semi automatic gluer.
